Jennifer Shaw Music September, 2012

Happy September!
Jennifer Shaw
I am so excited to finally be able to share some of the music from my new CD, Someday, with you!

It has been a long process writing and recording this new project, but I am so proud of it, and very much looking forward to seeing where God will take it and how He will use it!  We got the very exciting news just last week that Lifeway Worship has picked up the publishing rights to every single song on the album which is amazing.

The album will be officially released on October 2nd nationally, but you canpre-order now in the store on my website.  For everyone who pre-orders, the album will actually ship the week of Sept. 17th.  All the pre-orders will be SIGNED and if you buy two or more, you get the sale price and free shipping! That is only for orders we get before October 2nd, so definitely take advantage of that and do your Christmas shopping early.

So, without further ado, here's the link to the new song samples!

Now, I promised you all some giveaways, and here's the deal.  For every time you forward this email to someone you think would enjoy it, we will enter you in a drawing to win a signed copy of the new CD and a signed copy of my new book totally free - just reply to this email and let us know that you forwarded it or CC us on the forward.  We will also enter you if you like my page on facebook or follow me on twitter - just let us know you did that.  We will need all the entries by midnight on Thursday, Sept. 13th, and will do the drawing on Friday Sept. 14th.

We're also going to do a giveaway over at my facebook page, so if you're not a fan over there, please join us!  I'll be posting that in the next couple of days.

On the ministry front, we are coming into a very full fall season, and I would really love your prayers!  I'm teaching several women's retreats, giving concerts and doing guest worship for difference churches, as well as doing benefit events for Remember Nhu, the organization that took us to Thailandwhich fights child trafficking.

I'll also be working on a couple of videos. One I wrote about child trafficking called "To Be Love" and another for a song about special needs children called "Your Child."  If you have a special needs child and would like to be involved with that video, reply to this email - we are looking for pictures and videos of parents and special needs kids to honor them in the video.

I've been updating my blog, so make sure you check that out as well.  And, just for fun, we posted a home video we took in Thailand just to share with our kids, but their soccer teams wanted to see it so we put it on youtube - it's elephants playing soccer.  You can hear our ministry team talking in the background.  It starts a little slowly, but that last elephant goalie is pretty amazing!

We so appreciate you partnering with us! Please let us know how we can pray for you - we love hearing from you!  I hope to see you all on the road one of these days, make sure to come and say hi!

In Christ,

Jennifer

About Jennifer Shaw Music
Singer, songwriter, speaker, worship leader and now author Jennifer Shaw recently topped the national Christian radio charts with a # 3 hit song "Your Great Name." Her new book, Life Not Typical: How Special Needs Parenting Changed My Faith and My Song, has brought national attention to the issue of Sensory Processing Disorder. After being classically-trained as an opera singer at the prestigious Manhattan School of Music, Jennifer became a professor of music at Cedarville University before she felt led into her current role as a contemporary worship leader. Her testimony includes tragedy and triumph, being the parent of a special needs child, and losing her father to Lou Gehrig's disease. With the release of her fourth album, Someday, her songs, including four singles on Billboard's Top 40, offer hope in any circumstance and also reflect her recent experiences on the mission field in Asia, Africa and the UK.
